It’s been more than 24 hours since buying my tickets – can I get a refund?
After 24 hours of buying your tickets, they’re no longer refundable. However, you can now sell the ticket you no longer need directly from your Ticketmaster account. Simply follow these steps.
My event has been cancelled – what happens now?
