We also know what a hassle it is when buying tickets for others, so we’ve made it simple for you to transfer those tickets directly to the friends and family you bought them for, right from your Ticketmaster account.

How will I receive my ticket?

Your ticket will be available in your Ticketmaster account which you can access either via the Ticketmaster App or the website. Simply turn up at the venue, scan your ticket on your phone, and enjoy the show.

If you chose ‘Print-at-home’, select your ticket from your account, print and bring to the venue. If you chose ‘standard printed tickets’, watch out for them in the post as they’ll be delivered to you no later than 3 days before the show. But I ordered Collector Tickets?

Your Collector Tickets are a special memento that we create just for the show. We’ll make sure they are delivered straight to your door no later than 3 days before the show itself.

If you don’t have them 3 days before the show, please contact Customer Services. Don’t worry, we’ll ensure you get into the show no matter what.

My show uses Paperless ticketing, what does that mean?

Before getting to the venue, remember to bring the card you used to buy your tickets, and some photographic ID. That’s it! Your card will be scanned, and you’ll be let into the show.

How do I transfer a ticket?

In your Ticketmaster account just select your ticket and choose the option ‘Transfer Your Tickets’. Add in the details of the person receiving the tickets, and you’re done!
